Don C. Zhang, Ph.D
Founder
Don Zhang is an award-winning university professor and consultant with a decade of experience in people analytics, talent management, and organizational science. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He is currently an Associate Professor and Director of Training of I/O psychology at Louisiana State University. He is the recipient of National Science Foundation CAREER Award and the LSU Rainmaker Award for excellence in research. His research on risk taking, employee selection, and personality has been published in top scientific journals in psychology, management and organizational behavior. He is an associate editor at Applied Psychology: An International Review and sits on several editorial boards. His work has been covered in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and numerous other business outlets.
